3. NO BIRTHDAY PARTY OR ANY OTHER PARTIES SHOULD BE HELD IN THE HOSTEL 
4. NO MISUSE OF WATER. i.e THE WATER TAPS SHOULD ALWAYS BE CLOSED. 
5. NO ELECTRICAL COOKING OR WASHING APPLIANCES ARE ALLOWED. 
6. YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BREAKAGE IN THE ROOM.ENSURE EVERYTHING IS IN
THE RIGHT CONDITION BEFORE OCCUPYING THE ROOM. 
7. RENT MUST BE PAID ON OR BEFORE 5 OF EVERY MONTH BEFORE NOON.NO CASH PAYMENTS. 
8. DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE UPON CLEARANCE FROM THE HOSTEL MANAGER. YOU MUST GIVEA
NOTICE OF ONE MONTH BEFORE VACATING.
